Your luxury Rolex, Omega, TAG etc. watch repair discretely managed on your behalf and fulfilled by leading accredited watchmakers. A personal and confidential service designed for VIPs and luxury brand owners. We handle all aspects of the repair allowing you to focus on other things.



Our service

On receiving your watch we proceed as follows:
● Confirm receipt of your watch in writing with a summary of your requirements.

● Our own watchmaker will examine the watch and check it for the most common mechanical issues. Often just a minor fault can stop a watch,
finding this immediately might negate the need for a full watch service.

● Where required we deliver your watch in person to one of our trusted, brand accredited watchmakers and agree precisely what work needs doing. We validate that all tasks are necessary on your behalf. Owners details remain confidential and are not shared with the watchmakers.

● We send you a quotation for the repair. You can choose to proceed or have your watch returned if you prefer.

● We handle the repair process and contact you again once it's complete.

independent suppliers. We can achieve cost savings over dealing with major brand authorised retailers, yet the work is still performed by accredited watchmakers.

Where older/vintage watches are concerned we are often able to organise repair or restoration work that some authorised service centres decline.

We handle everything for you. There's no need for you to engage personally with any brand sales or technical staff. Being a repair specialist our objective is to fix the problem, not to sell a replacement watch.
