● Our own watchmaker will examine the watch and check it for the most common mechanical issues. Often just a minor fault can stop a watch,
finding this immediately might negate the need for a full watch service.
● Where required we deliver your watch in person to one of our trusted, brand accredited watchmakers and agree precisely what work needs doing. We validate that all tasks are necessary on your behalf. Owners details remain confidential and are not shared with the watchmakers.
● We send you a quotation for the repair. You can choose to proceed or have your watch returned if you prefer.
● We handle the repair process and contact you again once it's complete.
